Principal’s Report

Great start to the 2023 school year

Welcome to the first newsletter of the 2023 school year. I also welcome the many new families to our wonderful school community here at Coomera Springs.

We celebrate a great start to the 2023 school year. We are experiencing a high degree of normality to our beginning of the school year following the last few years which have been impacted by the pandemic. We were able to welcome our students to visit their 2023 classes prior to the start of school to assist with a smooth transition for them. Our teachers have been able to get to know their students and the students have got to know their classmates and teachers as we take time to form the productive learning relationships important to a new school year. This all adds up to a great start to a great school year ahead.

Thank you to our families for your organisation in having your students ready for school. Having four (not so little) children of my own, I know the challenges associated with getting students ready for the new school year. Thank you for helping in making the start of the school as smooth as possible.

Following the short week 1, we now settle into the routines of school and learning. We are looking forward to a great year ahead.

Please see the following links to assist with accessing our school Facebook page.
